And the iPad 3 goes to…

Not so long ago, over at the Japanese blog, we launched a giveaway to win what we consider to be one of the best language learning devices—the iPad.

iPad 3

We think learning on-the-go has clear advantages, but learning on a small screen rarely delivers meaningful results. On its large retina display, all manner of language learning applications and web applications will ensure that useful study is possible wherever there is an internet connection available.

LinguaLift is especially formulated to work seamlessly with the iPad. Our award-winning interactive games and tools feature no Flash, and so will render identically well in Safari, Opera or Chrome for iPad, and your learning statistics will be stored in the cloud so no matter where you log in, you’ll always have something suitable to learn.

And the winners are…

  • Geraldine Serad

The winner has been contacted by e-mail, and will find their new learning tool on their doorstep shortly.

For those not quite so lucky this time, we still have a great collection of runner-up prizes that we’re excited to give away.

Hikari in front of Waseda University

The first is our glorious A2 glossy Hikari poster. A LinguaLift exclusive that is not available for purchase that we will have a one-off print run and be sent to adorn the walls of two lucky winners very soon.

  • Shan McBeth
  • Gustosa

Tokyo Realtime audio guide

Additionally, our long-term friends at White Rabbit will be sending a copy of the Tokyo Realtime Audio Guides to three of our runners up. Perfect for an upcoming trip to Tokyo, or even just to learn about what there is to see in Tokyo in a unique way.

  • Miszfara Dura
  • Philip Butkiewicz
  • Brenda Fang

Our sponsors

We must first of all thank PunchTab for yet again sponsoring such a fantastic prize. Since our first partnership with them last year their tools for bloggers and publishers have grown no end, and we’re grateful for their continued support for language learners.

Additionally, White Rabbit have always been high on our list of recommendations for Japanese learners to buy top-quality learning resources. Do check them out if you haven’t already!
